EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at httw.brand@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm your return by email.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at httw.brand@gmail.com. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
Made-to-Order Items
Our products are printed and produced on demand. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), made-to-order items may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. However, we always honour returns for quality issues.
